Revitalise the history of India

In the school days a students gets to know that history is the discipline of what happened in the past.  The teacher teaches us we should see history as "what it is" rather "what is suppose to be". Many countries try to rewrite history as what is suppose to be and the most prominent of them are,the countries emerged out of two nation theory, India and Pakistan. Governments of both the countries made every attempt to change all those grudges which make calumny on the past glories of their nations with respect to their religious warriors. If we particularly see the case of pakistan, we cannot be skeptic of their attempts because of their oligarchic form of government and its more inclined nature towards Islam. on contrast, when we see the case with india, we came across  the absolute skepticism for the attempts of its government to see the contrasting ideas of its founding laid stone ideas and thoughts, which are inscribed in the preamble of the constitution and also the part of basic structure of the indian constitution, to make this country a secular country. The starting line the preamble are:
We the people of India solemly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN  SOCIALIST SECULAR and REPUBLIC
And this attempt started to erase everything, which makes the people of Hindu community a shame, by the BJP majority led NDA alliance. as a right wing party, BJP does politics on the religious line more precisely on hindu culture and hyper nationalism. With the formation of the government, on the one hand there were stead rise in the communal cases of one religious community over other. Those fundamental groups made severals attack on the spirit of secularism in 2015 dadri mob lynching, jharkhand lynching, alwar lynching, in the name of "cow protection" with the form of violence.
On the other hand, provincial governments and MLAs implicitly started their work to revitalize the past glory and hindu culutre.
One of the incidents reported by a MLA from sardhana consituency, Sangeet som. in his so called historical intellect, he beleives Taj Mahal as a blot on indian culture. the rest of the world think of it as a symbol of love, however he thinks that world is wrong. The prejudice and parochial perception of a responsible politician of the ruling party states that somewhere their is a something going wrong in this nation against it's spirit.
With his strong commitment that the central and provincial governments are in the nexus to script the new history and will be guranteed change. This is not the only incident to ensure the biasness of the party, but attempt by the ideologues of their patron oranization to revise the academic syllabi  and change the admiration of Akbar, shahjahan, and other rulers and instead of them to deen dayal upadhaya, golwalkar and their leaders.
BJP and RSS are not only cautious about the muslims but also of the revolutionary punjabi poet pash. RSS ideologue dinanath batra wants it to be removed from the NCERT books. RSS claims that his poem will radicalized the youth. Organization feels appropiate to indoctrinate what ought to be done.  RSS left no option to suppress any critical thinking against them and their policy.
Whenever we go through and get the highlights of these radical poltical stunt, it amazes and reminds us to think again of the "New India" which had already been laid down by the freedom fighters of our independence struggle. It made us to feel a kind of shame on ourselves and our representatives' rationale that even after 70 years of paasing of our independence we are fighting on whether we should study mughals or not, whether we should have Taj Mahal or not, whether we should forget the Direct Action Day or not.
Whether we could have forgot these ridiculous and lampooned issues to be discussed, we have make sure our forefathers we couldn't make India a secular, united, sovereign and socialist country unless we raise our voices against those ignominious leaders which do not have the perspicacious insight for the welfare of the country. We are unianimously betraying the sacrifices of all those respected fighters who laid the foundation of a secular and multi cultural india with their bloods. We are disavowing the responsibility of making india more peaceful and secular as it used to be.
We should concurrently make attempts to gild the lilly of India.

India's Relation with Humanism

When we came across the question of the importance of Religion, we get to know that ideally and morally religion helps in uniting the world and promoting the good deed to reach the ultimate goal of their life. One of the good deeds, which i believe that all existing religions advocate, is Humanity.

If we take into account the major religions viz Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism and Jainism, neither of any one promotes its follower to follow the path of individualism and violence but to help the people in their welfare, have compassion towards all and try to save the humanity in the world.
With evident from the facts of the Clash of Civilizations by Samuel P. Hamlington, there have been violence and warfare for the sake of many reasons and one of them is religious domination over other, right from the beginning of formation of City-state in Athens. We could also interchangeably see it that civilizations are using more or less as religions in one way.
Followers of these religions tried and have been trying the expansionist policy till today to make their religions more dominant over the other. By assimilating all these stuff,it tell it like it is that religion is hard wired in the human psyche. The call for violence in the name of religion is easy to accomplish the goal.

India's Telltale :

If we look into the history of erstwhile India (including Pakistan), people from all the faiths were living all together in the fight against Britishers. However when independence came to them, the power antagonism started. One faction i.e Indian National Congress tries to build the nation on the secularist lines but cynically doesn't want to compromise the high position to be placed by other minority groups. On the other hand, the other facet had sheer firm and were hard nosed to get the power for its largest minority in the country and its main protagonist was Mohammad Ali Jinnah and his party Muslim League.
The latter one is important because many a times his party and himself made several propaganda to divide the population on the religious line so that it would be easy to be persuasive for them. As i have mentioned above that the religion is hard wired for the people but there, it become hot wired. Those propaganda erupted into clashes between the two religions.
Muslims of all classes flocked to the League. Artisans, workers, professionals, businessmen - all rallied to the call of  'Islam in Danger', fearing the prospect, in a united India, of a 'Brahmin Bania Raj'. The call for Pakistan was first made formally by the Muslim League in March 1940 and it was Vox Populi among the League. Jinnah called vociferously for the Action Day and disseminated to dream of their own land to all the Muslims. The man who was used to known for 'Hindu- Muslim Unity', now became the key person behind 'Divide and Rule Theory'.
One of the recorded facts here is, the League election poster in Punjab, offered some meaningful pair of contrasts: din (the faith) versus dunya  (the world); zamir (conscience) versus jagir (property); haqq-koshi (righteousness) versus sufedposhi (office). In each case, the first item stood for Pakistan, the second for Hindustan.
What earlier Hindu-Muslim neighbors were called for the symbol of unity, now turned explicitly to symbol of harsh rivalries. Even Gandhi made the last-ditch effort to save the unity by asking Jinnah to head the first government of free India. But this offer didn't have the backing of Congress, and Jinnah did not accept in any case.
India already had been facing appeasement not only of a Hindu majority upon the Muslim minority, as it skeptical to Muslim League, but also of  the Hindu upper caste on the lower caste of which Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was fighting; Jaipal Singh, an adivasi, who became the captain of Indian team that won the gold medal in the 1928 Olympic Games, was  fighting for the rights of his tribal people appealed in the Constituent Assembly to reserve some seats in government jobs and legislature for tribals, when the constitution was in the process of framing.

A Food For Thought:

Now a question arises that why do a Muslim stand in the solidarity of 'only' Muslim appeasement ?
If those other reformers were also suspected of the appeasement in the near future, than they would have also demanded of the separate nation, however they realized that their development can only happen by living in their home country but not by unnecessarily demanding the other nation. Gleefully with the due process of time they got what they wanted to achieve.
With the great rationality and marvelous orating skills, if Jinnah would haven't appealed in the parochial way of only 'Muslim' community but with the wider sphere of the appeasement of all those who have suffered irrespective of any religion, than he would be cynosure and had greater respect in the eyes of all. If we recall the development in the last 70 years of India and Pakistan, both the countries have lost more money and potential by making their military more powerful against each other. If we figure out the average population, than majority of the Muslims decided to reside in India rather than going to the newly created land for Muslims. With the grace of god they are living more peaceful and harmony in India.

International Perspective:

Meanwhile in Middle East, Jews from the European countries started shifted slowly to the land of Palestine and right from there 1948 Arab-Israel War started. Since 1948, Israel has been involved in many military conflicts like 1956 Suez Canal crisis1967 Six day War, 1973 Yom Kippur war, 1982 Lebanon war, 2006 Lebanon war, and the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict. in all those wars, Arab nations are fighting in the cause of appeasement of Jewish people over Muslim Community.
The major alarming cause of their fight against Israel is 'Islam is in Danger'. The whole international community knows the wrong deeds and attempt of Israel against the Palestinians. Nevertheless, whenever we see the conflicts, we see this through the prism of religious and sectarian clashes.

Now again the question arises that why do 'only' Muslims stand in the solidarity of Muslim appeasement ?
Palestine Liberation Organization and all the Arab nations shouldn't urge to other countries and United Nations as the appeasement of one religious community over other, rather the crime against the humanity. lots of people have been displaced by the Jewish settlement in Gaza, West Bank and East Jerusalem. Israel have been doing all efforts for lobbying the Jewish diaspora all over the world to fund the settlement of Jews and helping to dominate all the part of Jerusalem wherever the Palestinians claim their territory.
with all these events happening for a long time, no nation is going to condemn the Israel. As a nationals born on the soil of India, we should support the Palestinians and condemn the Israel for its crime against humanity.India is the country which never gave the free hand on perpetrator against the humanity and injustice and never turned the Nelson's eye to any inhumane treatment against anyone. It was the first country in the UN which supported the claim of Palestine, it gave safe passage to His Holiness Dalai Lama and all the Tibetans in India when People's Republic of China attacked Tibet, it helped Sri Lanka in fight against the ferocious terrorist organization LTTE even at the cost of life of its prime minister, it is helping the Afghanistan, the war zone area, to establish democracy and providing maximum education and health visa to their nationals and albeit in the Korean Crisis, India played a major role in diffusing the tension between two and sent the humanitarian aid to both the countries for the people suffered in the war.I concluded it with the submission of a poem by  Martin Niemoller, a German who survived from the Holocaust in Nazi Germany:

First they came out for Socialists, and i did not speak out-
Because i was not a Socialist.
Than they came out for Trade Unionists, and i did not speak out-
Because i was not a Trade Unionist.
Than they came out or Jews, and i did not speak out-
Because i was not a Jew.
Than they came for me-and there was no one left speak out for me.

My Travelogue of Himalayas

One year ago, i was having me time on my bed and my cellphone rang. It was my yaar Aditya Agarwal, the person with whom i do feel as my good companion in my leisure times. He asked me to come Noida with some genuine pair of outfits by the next hour and didn't tell me the reason to come. I was confused and anxious to go because my exams were about to start by the coming week. Nevertheless,i went and found that he was planning to travel Himachal Pradesh for a week. He didn't asked but commanded to accompanied with him and his friends. At the first moment i outraged him and flabbergasted for the cause to ask me to come here, but secondly i thought a little bit to at least once think about it. I was frisson and asked him what to do now. he compelled me to ask from my family to come with him on this trip. I asked them about this and fortunately they agreed to go and send me some money thereafter.
Then officially my trip started. My friend called his other friends to come on his flat and i got to know about all of them and they all were really nice and friendly to me. We started to arrange everything needed on our trip. We had already booked a car and were determined to leave the city by 3 am. I was also excited because this was my fist trip with my wild friends and have had never saw everything happened over there. W were chilling on the flat on the high sound music and smoking hooka.
In mid night at around 2 am, we went to sip Chai on NH 24, meanwhile our driver also came so we asked him to directly come at the Tea point and unlikely he met with an accident. Then he informed us about it so we rushed to the spot and we found him drunken. We all were worried from the claims of the victim to compensate his damages on his car by 12000.
We negotiated him and asked to let him down, but he was stubborn on his claim. and at last we informed the owner of the car and and he said to let the driver gone to police station and he will manage by coming there in the morning. So we went back to the flat and our trip was almost there to be cancelled but somehow we managed at last gasp to book a new car for us.
In the morning our new driver came and lastly we left the city for the trip. We bring down the spot where we had to stop to half of it.
Firstly we took the break for having lunch at Amrik Sukhdev, an internationally recognised dhaba and byword for it's luxury. I have had never gone there and i don't believe to call it a dhaba at all. Moving on, than we crossed Haryana and entered in the Land of Fiver Rivers.
In the evening we took a break somewhere on our way in Punjab. When i stepped outside i didn't think it of Punjab and was misunderstood to be in Haryana still. But suddenly i saw a modified car with some Punjabi Gabrus than i believe we are in the small world of punjabi's well known for their efforts in the agriculture sector and also their Punjabi Lassi equivalent to two glasses for normal lassi in Northern India. Meanwhile, we all did bakchodi and masti with our shy travel mate Fuzail Bhai.
After that we started to move upward on the Shiwalik ranges after crossing Pathankot. We were already late according to our plans. so we made Vox Populi to reach our destination by travelling in night. When we were on our way, we didn't see any other car moving with us or coming back from the mountains. There was black out everywhere and were anxious and literally i was every nervous and reciting ram ram to not let me die in this horrible place. However, we reached to our destination, Dalhousie at 1 am.
There we went to the hotel, but because of our delay to check in, our room was already occupied by someone else. But manager arranged our accommodation to his under furnished rooms nearby to the hotel. He also send his two staff ,basically they were teenagers who accompanied with us to the place. When we reached there, they helped us to shift our luggage in the room, and one of my travel mate owed one of them by 50 bucks and i was astonished with the smile on their face by getting 50 bucks.
The reason for the smile was, they don't have any other employment other than the tourism and they are curious to earn more for their needs.
When we entered, the rooms were quite nice, compelling and picturesque  to Dalhousie. We relished there and had had dinner in the hills of Himalayas.
Next day, we left for Khajjiar, resembled with Switzerland. When the PM of switzerland came there, he called it the Mini Switzerland Of India. But our way for it was not so easy, at first our car slipped quietly into a ditch, but one of the traveller was there from Nepal, smoking joint, helped us. He reversed our car in the single moment from the long ditch, as Nepalese are suppose to be very expert in driving on the narrow hills. Secondly the road was too narrow to pass and we had to go by making it a two way road. The long ditches are ferocious in such a way that if any car drive into it, than it will never be found. Nevertheless, we reached to the our next destination. the spot was really beautfiul, amazing, and one of the best picturesque place to visit in India.
By stepping my foots there the only thing came in my mind, god doesn't give a family or friends or a professional job to serve, but a nature also to see the wonderful places, to got to know about the culture different and nice to us, a way to please our life in the laps of beautiful Himalayas.
Moving on, we went to Macleodganj, a Tibetan refugees city cum a place blessed with his Holiness Dalai lama and the Buddhist culture, passing by Kangra, kullu and dharamshala. While in the travelling, we were getting rid of our songs playlist to play again and again and almost exhausted by sitting a the same sit for a long time, then suddenly our driver played some songs and i would be happy to mention them there: choli ke peeche hai paranda, parande vich dil atka and chumma chumma de de, and these songs reinvigorated our mood and we repeated them for last 1 hour and hooted all the time with the song. This lead us to reach Macleodganj.
When we entered in the land of Mini Lhasa, i thought it more religious and parochial for their traditions, norms and customs but we found it very compelling, tolerant and very comfortable place for not only to Indians but also for foreign travellers. Most of the Jewish people from Israel come first there and then head towards other spots.
It's also a good place to alcohol consumers and i saw it as almost the Hauz khas of Delhi. We roamed all over to the late night and in the next morning, we went to see the Buddhist monastery and the the temples of lord Buddha.
One thing i found very exciting and compelling that monks do some odd jobs there to not let their body stopped because they believe if they stopped doing something it will ruin their body. They also provide normal meal as equivalent like lamgars in gurudwara's to the needy. Buddhist monks are really nice, tolerant and peace loving people.

After being religious, our young blood doesn't want to go back without having some adventure. So we rented four Duke Bikes and explored the hidden Macleodganj. The difficult part on riding in Macleodganj is their roads are upright and ain't made for inexperienced rider and fortunately i was sitting behind the well experienced man in our group and i relied upon him completely kyuki aisi kathin paristithi mein ap kuch kr bhi nh skte.
After leaving Macleodganj, we planned to see the stadium in Dharamshala. We didn't get it as good but after coming back from there our travel mate, Ashish bhai got the chance to show his strength by lifting everyone of us one by one and hum jante hai ashish bhai apne gym kri hai.
After all, our days in Himachal came to the end and we left for our home. On our way back, we went to Chandigarh, Ludhiyana, and the best memorable moment for me in our trip is jab do harami launde apni baatein shuru krte hain mentioning Ashish bhai and Fuzail bhai.
The level of our bakchodi is up to the level that we didn't notice when we cross Punjab and Haryana.
By travelling the whole night we came to Delhi and dropped our three travel mate and moving on to Noida than to Aligarh at last.
We also faced some difficulties but i believe our enjoyment overcome to our bad vibes. I've never gone to the beautiful place and with such amazing people. This one was my best trip i ever had.
I learnt many things on this trip but one thing i must say that a person should at least travel in their life because earlier i used to find myself happy in my own city, but when i had gone there than i saw the green nature, than i found how much we are blessed to see the world for the salvation of our lives.
We should know that god doesn't only give us the family but also the nature to be live with.
After coming back from this trip i gave my exam and found myself more refreshed and energetic in those exams than to all the former one's.

How Social Media Is Making People Less Social

Human survival has witnessed humongous technological advancement. Three decades ago, we used to communicate with our colleagues and family partners by writing the post card. But then we changed our way of communication from post letters to the new world of internet by Electronic Mails.
This is evident from the history with the advent of Internet, our lives are now more fascinating and compelling then earlier. Internet made every thing whether it may be our studies or something else difficult to find out in books, much effortless. On the other hand, our ties with our next of kin are much intense then we used to have with them by social networking.
When it was founded, it has illuminated the lives of people living far from their close one's. Founders of some social networking sites initiated this mechanism with the aspiration of connecting people stayed or sojourned around the globe.
By social network people could communicate and be in touch with them anytime whenever they want to be. However, as every aspect have both negative and positive phase, social networking has faced the same phenomenon. Notwithstanding, it has uplifted the standard of living of their citizens, but also started anxiety among their users and tumultuously plundered our lives. This can also be true that it has more negative phase than positive one's.

To make it more easier to understand, let us figure out the trending social networking websites; FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and SNAP CHAT.
With the advent of the FACEBOOK, the youth who is suppose to be as the power of any nation is now much more interested in gossips and late night conversation on Facebook rather then on meeting physically with their colleagues and friends. They spent hours and hours on it. Now they have lost their charisma to utilise their energy in pursuing their career to the skies. A small faction of it actually knows it's relevance but a large proportion of it is still defected to know it exactly and they are being brain washed to be materialistic on the virtual world.
On their discourse, they put their heads together about the likes, followers, issues trending on it and just to mark it in a nutshell they believe more about what's going on their fabricated lives. Not only the youth, but also nurtured students are also pseudo addicted of all these mess. Students waste their potential on scrolling down the slides of Facebook, and wanted to become a celebutante on it.
Even, they have more interest for the possession on electronic gadgets so that they can enjoy and amuse in more efficient manner. They spend thousands of bucks on i pads, laptops, smartphones which should be highly advanced and more compatible then former.
We cannot ignore the truth, Facebook has retain the possession over the minds of almost every section of the society who so ever tastes it's pseudo pleasure. It has addicted every second person in this world. From the starting of the day we get up in the morning, the first thing every facebookite does is to check out the status and if anyone new stranger joined his follower list. The addiction of social media has gone up to the level that researchers from Chicago University found the addiction of social media is much stronger than the addiction of cigarettes and alcohols. Meanwhile, some conspiracy theories claimed it a Zionist plot and the conspiracy of corporate world. Usually every person finds his/her bliss in Facebook. day to day, it's following is going higher and higher by crossing the limits of sky. Facebook is the largest social network in the world with 1.86 billion active users in  which 1.15 billion are the mobile daily active users.
Followed by Facebook, INSTAGRAM has got a fine position in the market of social media. Those who felt tiresome of Facebook, shifted their sands from former to letter one. With some kind of modification like sharing of photos i.e you can post your photos and can follow other posts and have followers. More importantly, it has one remarkable feature which Facebook doesn't provide, no one can download any photo of either his follower/followings or any stranger's one. And with this fabrication, one feels more privacy on it instead of Facebook. Indeed this doesn't affect it's market because the follower who earlier only uses Facebook now also have an additional account of Instagram. So from on wards he gives 2 hours more then what he used to give. Now he has to maintain one more account and its deeds.
The legacy has been carried forward by the SNAP CHAT, and android fuelled the remaining space left out for the victims to their me time. Snap chat has secured its importance in the heart of social media victims, and in such a way that people have the difficulty in quitting the social networks because of FOMO ( fear of missing out ). I was appalled by observing that snap chat also doesn't offer something outstanding for perceiving any attraction albeit people more emphatically use it for the sake of publicity stunt on the virtual world. And this is absolutely a matter of concern that i have mentioned here only some prominent social media networks, we cannot anticipate the addiction of rest of other like Whats app, Twitter, LinkedIn, You tube, Tumbler and Telegram.
When technology hadn't the deeper roots, we were fascinated towards it, and now when it has the large roots in our minds we found ourselves in quandary for our bliss and happiness. When the Internet was in the stage of fostering itself we used to find pleasure in it, but when it nurtured completely we try to go away from it and sojourn somewhere in the nature to get some peace and harmony in their lives. It has made the life of civilians in the anxiety.
No one can be left out from this rift because almost everyone has joined himself/herself in at least one of the social networks. So now we should take a break from all these mess and chaos and ask oneself, what are we trying to get from this intangible virtual world ? Why we are wasting our precious juncture for creating a meaningless society ? Is it really worthy to do whatever we have been doing since a long period of time ? Shouldn't we only enjoy it rather be a addict of it ?
Before raising our voices for the atomic bombs, we should understand which is really a weapons of mass destruction ?

How Politicians Switch Parties Right Before Elections For Selfish Gain

India is the largest democracy in the world. It had marked the historic victory of non-violence over the Britishers by the setup of the democratic machinery. Many countries were inspired by India’s independence struggle and it’s obsession with democracy.
After independence, the freedom fighters decided to run the business of the country through a well comprehensive Constitution based on the spirit of democratic principles. One of the democratic principles were the elections, which they had decided to hold just after the Constitution came into effect on January 26, 1950.
One of the nationalist parties i.e. the Indian National Congress directly indulged in the freedom struggle and came in the limelight in the first general elections of 1952 and won it with an absolute majority by defeating other regional parties. With the passage of some years, INC lost some of its confidence amongst the citizens and paved the way for parties like the Communist Party of India, Socialist Party and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam. These parties won major state assembly elections subsequently.
According to a report in the Times of India in August 2015, the Election Commission said that there were 1866 registered political parties in India.
In this era, people now see Indian politics as their profession. and every third person wants to join political parties with the dream of a beaming career. In Indian politics, when any supporter or leader serves his party, he makes sure he himself gains some position within the party in return for his service. When the elections draw near, he dreams of getting a ticket from his party in order to cement his allegiance and service for the party.
And now with the coming state assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Manipur, Uttrakhand, Goa and Himachal Pradesh in 2017, former Member of Parliament from Amritsar Lok Sabha constituency, Navjot Singh Sidhu defected from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to the Indian National Congress (INC) in order to get the ticket for the state assembly elections and there are also speculations that he would also be made the deputy chief minister if INC wins the elections.
In Uttar Pradesh also, a top leader of Bahujan Samaj Party, Swami Prasad Maurya changed his party from the BSP to BJP and also got the assembly ticket from the latter and is going to contest from the Padrauna seat. Even he was considered amongst the loyalist leaders of BSP Supremo Mayawati. INC also had a defector from their ranks. One of their top leaders Rita Bahuguna. She joined the BJP by resigning from all the posts of the INC and got a ticket from the Lucknow cantonment in the forthcoming elections.
Rashtriya Lok Dal cannot be left out from these rifts. The RLD legislator also left his party and joined the BJP in the elections and also secured his seat from the Barauli from the BJP.
Many top leaders of the political parties changed alliances. For the sake of their own future, they make a fool of the general voters to ultimately gain power in the elections. They don’t even show their fidelity to their own party. Yesterday, they raged against one party, and tomorrow they joined the same one. Navjot Singh Sidhu before joining the INC said, “I am a born congressman, this is my ghar wapsi.” Swami Prasad Maurya said that he felt suffocated in BSP and Mayawati auctioned tickets for the polls.
They want to sneak off from one party to another. I mean the general voter can’t make a distinction either between the political parties or their political leaders. A political leader doesn’t bother about the serious issue of the citizens.
Political leaders are supposed to be the representatives of the public. The voters cast their vote within the assurance that politicians will eradicate their problems. He will sort out the general issues among the communities, he will take the initiative for the betterment of their lives, he would help raise their standard of living. But when a common voter sees this kind of a mess, he loses his hopes in democracy. He thinks that in this lifetime he wouldn’t enjoy that life which he dreamt of. He thinks democracy is the curse on him. He is tired of the political instability.
So, before casting our votes for them, we should first sort out the basic queries from them. Why do they do all this? Why are they not serious about the issues of those people who have placed them on that prestigious position? Why don’t they perform what is expected of them? Why do they think only about themselves?

Should we become a Good Samaritan ?

In this highly technological world, our desires are being fulfilled very conveniently. We use the technology very efficiently in order to achieve our goals. We need not to be bother about how the things get to be done. The era of internet made our lives more simple and interesting.
When we used to communicate with a person sitting so far, we need to wait for a long time and also the mode of communication is not so highly advanced.
Similarly, if we used to go for a long distance we don't have the better transportation facilities, but with the passage of time we have advanced our technology and we have all those convenient transport by which we can go in any corner of this world within a short period of time. On the other hand, we have created a laundry list of the problems of ourselves.

In the 21st century, every one have their own transport vehicle. With the increase in the number of the vehicles. Our record of road accidents went up drastically, and we suffer a vast number of unnatural death of human lives. Not only accidents have the contribution in losing of lives, but the turning reluctant nature of bystanders also contributed for this too. In 2014, on an average 16 people were killed every hour and 387 every day in road accidents. According to the 2014 annual report of the National Crime Record Bureau, 4,40,898 cases of road accidents took place that year, killing 1,41,526 people. Research published in the Indian Journal of Surgery suggest that 80 percent of victims fail to receive emergency medical care in the 'last life hour'. Bystanders often appear reluctant to help the injured because of the fear of legal consequences if one's actions are ineffective or harmful, or fear of involvement of in a subsequent investigation.
According to the WHO report, "generally people do not die of severe injury. they die of airway obstruction. a bystander can easily open the airway through simple methods like jaw thrusting or chin lifting."

To address this, the supreme court in the historic judgement on 30th march in SaveLife Foundation v. Union of India issued directions empowering bystanders to help accident victims. the court said "it is absolutely necessary that good Samaritans feel empowered to act without fear of adverse consequence".
The Central Government published the guidelines in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section I dated 12th may,2015 for protection of the good Samaritans. The Central Government issue Standard Operating Procedure for the examination of the good Samaritans during the trial by the police and they are as follows:
1. The good Samaritans will be treated respectfully and without any discrimination.
2. The police won't force any good Samaritans in elicit or extort information or anything else.
3. The police won't compel the good Samaritan his or her name, identity, address in the police record form or register.
4. The concerned police official shall allow the good Samaritan to leave after having informed the police about the injured person on the road, and no further question shall be asked if the good Samaritan doesn't desire to be a witness in the matter.
The guidelines, will not only protect helpful bystanders from unnecessary legal hassles, but will also reward them for their acts. They recommend stringent action against police officers or doctors who harass people acting in good faith or who refuse treatment to accident victims.
